Alone In a Bottle
Alone In a Bottle
Nobody understands her, does she speak another language. Nobody knows? I’m trying my best to cheer her up, but she’s not noticing me.
Darkness
Darkness
The darkness surrounds me closing in on the little tin that I sit in. Nobody understands the pain that I sit through. Nobody understands the things that I sit through. I feel like the world has stopped but the darkness does not. Here I am in a little tin I keep it closed but people keep peaking in.
The Prince’s Word
Oi! Rebels! I’m the prince
Listen to my words
Or you’ll turn to mince
So lend me your ears, worthless curds
Obey my laws
And drop your swords!
Determination
Determination is a power of the mind ;
It is adrenaline driving you towards your goals;
Determination a fire in your soul;
It is in push in your back which makes you go the extra mile;
Determination. A push. Fire
The Red Tree.
Hope is a small ember that floats out in the dead of night. It’s the last root of a tree, no one knows where it is there but it is there. It is a firework exploding up to heaven. Hope is a plane cutting across the sky as the sunset goes. It’s a dragon’s last breath. Hope is tomorrow.
Alone
I’m locked in; I can’t breathe; It’s suffocating me.
The only thing I can see is darkness, pitch black.
All I can hear is my voice trying to speak, but not much noise is coming.
My dirty, red hair is flowing in the wind, in my eyes so I can’t see.
A single tear rolls down my face.
Help.
Mayan creation
Mayan creation
Long before time had fastened its grip on the Earth and consolidated its rule as permenant leader there was nothing but a baron landscape of calm sea, and an uneventful realm of turqoise, which was the swirling sky.
A majestic serpent rose from the murky waters, the supreme ruler of the sea, his feathers shimmering in the sunlight. He ascended to meet with his counterpart: the raw thunderbolt, Huracan he was the undisputed king of his region, the heart of the sky he swooped down to discuss with the sea deity, Kulkulkan.
“Our world is magnificent, as are we, but we have nobody to acknowledge our greatness, no one to count the days and not one being to give up their life in honour of us,” the all powerful Kulkulkan remarked.
So the two gods rose land up from the ocean and populated it densely with creatures which are known to us as animals. However, the results were far from satisfying. The animals gave off a deafening cacophony of wails, shriwks and growls.
“Call this praise you filthy beasts because all I can hear is a hullabaloo,” roared a fuming Huracan. “ You shall provide the main supply of food for our next beings who shall far transcend your abilities to praise us.
The two gods burning thirst for praise drove them forwards, one failed attemp would never be enough to hold them back and after many days Kulkulkan had a second ingenious idea.
“We have created a marvellous land, if we create our beings out of it then perhaps they will be magnificent too.” he considered.
Huracan allowed himself time to let the words of the mighty serpent sink into him before giving his reply:
“ I agree lets bgin their creation now, the sooner the better.”
Unfortunately for the two gods, the mud beings followed the same sorrowful path as the animals, the mud creatures did not posses the the power of speech or movement and any weather would prove fatal.
The disappointment of the mud people had dis-heartened the pair and seriously damaged their pride, they were down but most definetely not out. Because they still had the grandparents, could they provide the gods with one masterful idea which would lead the pair to succes?
The story of creation
Nothing. But the wind the sea and the sky. Up rose a serpent a serpent it’s feathers blew in the wind .It was kulkulkan . suddenly the clouds parted and hurrukan descended the two go met.”I think we should create beings to praise our names”said kulkulkan.” I agree said hurrucan .So the two gods built land and with the land the first creatures .They named these creatures animals. So the gods happy with there work they decided to ask the animals to prays there names and count the days.:Big ,small, tall and short. but when the animals spoke back the gods were destrought . raw screech chirp meow woof twit -ta –woo.The gods filled to the rim with rage banished the animals and tolled them never to come back .
Next the gods built mud people they were taller than most of the animals. but they also could not count the days or prays the gods names and fell apart in water and hardened like a statue in the hot sun.
they were running out of ideas so they asked the elder gods for help they said wood . the gods in dout if the elder gods were write built wooden people but when they asked them to praise there names they did not because there hearts were mindless and there heads . so the gods sent a floud to wipe out the wooden people unfortunately it only killed a small amount so the gods sent two demons to kill the wooden people . The people that survived went into the jungle and became monkeys.
days went past those days became weeks and they became months until one year past . Suddenly through the mist appeared three animals they brought maize to the gods and the gods made beings but they were to perfect….. failure .Then hope the gods clouded there minds they were no longer perfect but just wright.
Mayan creation story
Before everything there was nothing.
Nothing but a bottomless casum filed with Icy, black water and above it: a endless deap blue sky stretching as far as time rules.
Up from the endless depths the shadow of a massive serpent rose towards the surface. It broke the surface as a figure swooped down from the empty sky. The figure was Huracan, the glorious ruler of the sky. Furthermore the grand fethered surpnt: Kulkulkan the majestic ruler of all the sea.
They conversed and decided (after a long meeting) that they reqired beings to count the days and praise their names.
A ripple in the water alerted them. Then out of the sea emerged land.
The new land was coverd in lush vegetation and jade grass. The gods populated the new land with animals. But to their dismay when they asked the animals to praise their names a cocofinny of screeching tore through the air like a express train. Enraged Huracan rored “ the perfect beings shal feast of your cooked flesh.”
Afterwards the gods tried mud people but they were more useless than the animals for they froze in the sun and melted when the rain came
Intent on succeeding, the gods turned next to the grand perent gods for some advice. That turned out to be a wise move as the grandparent gods had the sugesgion of wooden beings.
Therefore Kulkulkan and Huracan made people out of wood. But the wooden people did not have anny hearts or brains so they could not remember to count the days or prase their creators names.
The gods were furios, so they created a massive flod but not all wodden people were wiped out. Next the gouger of faces and sudden blod letter plagued the people but still some lived on.
The remaining wodden people fled to the lush forests to live on as apes.
Then a band of three animals brough the gods the frut of the maze plant the gods were puzzled but tried it anyway. The people of maze were perfect. Too perfect. The gods were annoyed. the maze people knew everything.
Then the gods clouded their minds so they would have to ask the gods for wisdom until the end.
