Along the stream of time, resided a man who lived in Paros, with the name Vencious. Vencious loved to fore armour and weapons for the Parosian army. His armour was the strongest of them all, only Hephaestus could craft more robust armour than he could.

Although he was a skilled Black Smith, he never took Hephaestus’materials even if he was in need of new materials; He crafted sturdy armour for t he Parosian

Because of his wealth, the city had no money to assemble monuments for the town. Vencious couldn`t purchase any materials as he usually spent the town`s money but, they didn`t have any left . So Vencious couldn`t procure any armour. Because of no armour, the army didn`t want to fight. Furthermore, the city was unguarded. One evening when Vencious was at his forge crafting furniture for his palace when he heard screams of neighbours. Then from inside his house he saw the spartan army which was like a red flood. They started to burn the city Vencious` palace was targetted first as it was so humungus. Vencious` body could not handle the heat and he died.

The armour that he forged was robust, which made the Parosian army be triumphant. Because of their triumphance,the army wanted to repay Vencious for what he did to help them. So the full army built him a palace which was constructed out of the finest gold and marble. Vencious didn’t want them to do it , but the insisted.

Vencious was at his anvil in his palace chanting “I am much better than Hephaestus himself.” His servant, who was disguised as Hephaestus told him “Vencious don`t be too prideful as you might get punished.”

“Nonsense Peasant,”he said mockingly “you can not tell mewhat to do as I am in charge of you.” At hearing this Hephaestus was furious! He couldn’t take it anymore so he stormed out of the room.

Vencious found it unbearable that he procured armour for free and not gain any profit. He decided to charge 750D  for a full set of armour and a weapon, now this would make him rich.He confirmed that he would not try as hard to make the armour
