My Royal Highness, I am writing to you to say that I have found a wonderful destination that would be suitable for your tradings, as well as the crops that can be grown. The disadvantage of living on this located island is that its susceptible that you would get some flooding, piracy and maybe tsunamis.

The advantage of the island is it’s near to mountains so you can fish to get food if there’s a high tide and you can’t go anywhere.

Another advantage is that there are lots of mountains near bye so you can get fresh water. you can also travel by boat to get to places easier and quicker.

The location is right next to the sea so you can get supplies and trade them.

To conclude, there are many advantages that i could go on for ever writing them although i strongly recommend that you build your city here on this island for the reasons i had said above.
