This week’s blog is written by Aaron and Benedict.
In English we have been typing our letters to our grandparents asking them about the toys they had when they were young. My grandma (Gaga) wrote a reply and told me about a game called ‘Ludo’.
In maths we have been learning how to multiply a number and divide by 8.
Did you know that 64 divided by 8 = 8 and 8 x 8 = 64. A way to remember this is: ‘I ate and ate till I was sick on the floor, 8 x 8 = 64.’
In science we have been learning about forces and magnets. We have completed a fair test using magnets and paper clips to test a magnets strength.
In music we have been practising playing the recorder and in singing assemblies, we have been rehearsing for our carol concert.
In history we have learnt how bronze was made.
