Want to know the fastest surface to race a car down? Then ask your child about their experiments in year 3. The classroom was transformed into an engineer’s fortress with lots of fun had. Sadly the PTA wind tunnel is not yet ready for use, but this will do for now.
To follow it up this week we have made weaved lanterns to kick-off our Iron Age work. The children have been ‘playing’ (read learning) with magnets to discover what materials in our school are magnetic. Who knew that not all metals were magnetic! We have also made a poppy wreath, as November is the month of remembering.
